Balcony provides management systems to support ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, ISO45001 Occupational Health & Safety & RC14001 Responsible Care certification. This can be a turnkey project to deliver a fully functional management system, advice to a client team or anything in between. Balcony does not use contractors or associates and is happy to work alongside a client team or contractor. All project work is managed in-house. Commissions are either fully priced to an agreed schedule or priced on an agreed rate to a maximum value depending on the work to be undertaken, under the Balcony Business Services Limited terms & conditions (Ts&Cs). Balcony is happy to adopt client Ts&Cs where these support its own. The safety of all personnel is of paramount importance to us. We endeavour to ensure that our consultant enjoys a safe and fruitful time whilst supporting our clients. Clients should expect to be asked to work together in this vein.
